Commercial Security Template — License, Refunds and Support
These terms concern purchasing the Commercial Security website template, not security installation services.
License and requirements
Your purchase licenses Commercial Security for one website/project under Framer’s applicable Single-Use Commercial License. You may customize the template for that project. Each additional website requires a separate purchase.
Framer Community Terms, section 7.3.2.
You may not redistribute the template, share its remix link publicly, or resell its layouts or components as a template or competing design asset. Ownership of the original template remains with its creator.
A Framer account is required. Framer plans, hosting and domain costs are separate. Configure your own contact-form destination and test delivery before collecting inquiries.
Support
Email support covers access to your purchase, clarification of the included setup instructions, and defects in the supplied template.
Custom design, content entry, website setup, third-party integrations and troubleshooting changes made after purchase are not included. No calls or done-for-you customization are included.
Contact commercialsecuritytemplates@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and relevant screenshots. Never send passwords or confidential information.
Refund policy
If you cannot access your purchase, encounter a material defect in the supplied template, or find that it substantially differs from its description, contact commercialsecuritytemplates@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Please report issues within 14 days of purchase so we can investigate promptly. If we cannot resolve a qualifying issue within a reasonable time, we will provide a refund. Duplicate purchases are also eligible for review.
Change-of-mind purchases and customization services are not covered by this voluntary refund policy. This policy does not limit your statutory rights or Lemon Squeezy’s applicable buyer protections and refund authority.
